The international cultural center „DIE VILLA“ is located on the edge of the forest and the Lech floodplains, in a beautiful nature park surrounded by tall old trees. It is a dignified, beautiful country house, built in 1911 by the Berlin scientist Max Rubner, the founder of the calorie theory.
