Untouched by the tourist crowds and yet only a few kilometers away from Neuschwanstein Castle and the historic old town of Füssen, you will find a cosy vacation cottage on the edge of the forest and the Lech floodplains in the beautiful nature park of the villa.

It consists of two floors, each with two bedrooms, kitchen/living room and bathroom with south-facing terrace or balcony. The cozy attic with bathroom offers additional sleeping space. The Fürstenallee, a wonderful hiking trail to the royal castles, which leads along the Alpsee, is in the immediate vicinity.

There are countless opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming or mountaineering, for excursions to the royal castles, to the historic old town of Füssen, to Reutte and further into the Lech Valley. In winter, cross-country skiing enthusiasts can enjoy endless trails right from the doorstep, and there are many opportunities for alpine skiing in the surrounding area.
