Biography

For Lilian and Alexander Holzammer, their first encounter with the villa was „love at first sight“ when they discovered the almost overgrown house on the outskirts of Pinswang in the summer of 1999, which had been empty for many years at the time. With a great deal of dedication and idealism, they succeeded in turning the then „ruin“ into the current cultural center with its wide range of high-quality events in a fantastic ambience and friendly atmosphere. The opening in May 2001, framed by art events, was very well received by the public and the press.
